Why this role exists
This position is crucial for expanding our client's talent pipeline of Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs). As the healthcare staffing market becomes increasingly competitive, the role will focus on identifying and building databases of qualified healthcare professionals to support the company's rapid growth and urgent staffing needs.
The Impact you'll make
Strategic Sourcing
- Research and identify potential resume databases and recruitment tools
- Develop innovative approaches to find qualified SLPs and OTs
- Build and maintain talent pools through university career fairs and professional networks
- Build relationships with university career centers and professional associations
Digital Sourcing & Research
- Navigate professional social media platforms to identify potential candidates
- Research and engage with relevant healthcare professional groups
- Create and maintain lists of potential candidates from various sources
- Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to identify qualified professionals
Database Development
- Identify and evaluate potential resume database purchases
- Organize and maintain candidate information in Salesforce
- Create efficient systems for tracking potential candidates
- Assess and recommend new sourcing tools and databases
Market Research
- Monitor healthcare staffing trends specific to therapy services
- Identify new sources for finding qualified healthcare professionals
- Research university programs with strong SLP and OT graduates
- Map out potential candidate pools in various regions
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or sourcing
- Demonstrated success in internet-based candidate research
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong background in evaluating and implementing recruitment tools and databases
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...
Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, working within PST business hours (Pacific Standard Time)
- 20 hours a week
Compensation:
- $5 per hour
