Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Marketing Manager to join our team in Argentina. This role is integral to our growth strategy, as you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns that engage our community and drive user acquisition.
You will work closely with our leadership team to develop strategies that test various marketing channels and ensure our message resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our Web-3 banking solutions.
- Build and manage a thriving community around our platform, fostering engagement and advocacy.
- Identify and test new marketing channels to optimize user acquisition and retention.
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Web-3, blockchain and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong understanding of Web-3, blockchain, and the financial technology sector
- Proven experience working with LATAM market, preferably in Argentina.
- Excellent communication and community-building skills.
- Experience with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
