IT Communication and Change Manager
Overall mission:
The IT Communication & Change Manager plays an important role in supporting Givaudan's IT organisation by guiding communication and change strategies for global programs and projects. Reporting to the GBS & IT Communication Manager, this mid-senior role is instrumental in enhancing IT's visibility, allowing successful adoption of IT-driven change, and encouraging a connected and engaged workforce across Givaudan.
You will:
Change Management:
1. Develop change management strategies for IT programs, ensuring agreement on IT and organisational priorities
2. Support the adoption of IT initiatives by addressing change impacts, engaging stakeholders, and building commitment at all levels
3. Partner with IT leaders and project teams to embed change management practices into project planning and delivery
4. Conduct change readiness assessments and develop tailored interventions to manage resistance and promote engagement
5.
Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication and change programs
Strategic Communication:
1. Develop communication plans that support organisational priorities and change programs
2. Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing counsel on communication and change approaches
3. Develop targeted messaging for global partners to ensure clarity and consistency
4. Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce high-quality communication materials
5. Develop campaigns to promote awareness and engagement for main projects
6. Gather employee feedback and conduct sentiment analysis to inform continuous improvement
You:
1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Organisational Change, Business Administration, or related field
2. Fluency in English
3.
Minimum 6 years of experience in internal communications and change management with a focus on IT or technology-driven organisations
4. Experience managing communication and change programs in a global, cross-functional environment
5. Expertise in engaging and influencing all kinds of stakeholders across diverse regions and functions
6. Experience supporting large-scale IT transformation projects and implementing communication strategies to increase adoption
