Job Description - Executive, Retail Operation (MER0003HTL)
Description
1. Strategically plan and manage vehicle logistics and transportation to ensure smooth operation of the vehicle supply chain.
2. Monitor the efficiency of the vehicle supply chain and initiate necessary improvement actions.
3. Monitor the PDI status and take necessary actions to support RT/GS.
4. Manage vehicle master files.
5. Oversee vehicle customs clearance management.
6. Optimize and coordinate the full ordering cycle.
7. Automate processes and integrate systems of reporting across departments with digital tools.
Qualifications
Experience
1. Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field.
2.
Experience in retail sales processes or the automotive industry is a plus.
Personal Skills
1. Proficiency with digital tools and coding.
2. Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
3. Efficient in execution.
Specific Knowledge
1. Understanding of business practices in vehicle logistics management, sales operations, PM, and homologation team processes.
2. Concept of digital transformation.
3. Knowledge of cross-department processes and policies.
