Key Responsibilities
- Consult with customers on website functionality requirements and relevant information to configure the attendee registration site
- Create attendee registration site per customer requirements
- Follow team processes and standard operation procedures
- Create attendee communications using email templates and customer-provided content (i.e. automated invitations, event reminders, know before you go, waitlists, etc.)
- Manage initial and subsequent invitation list uploads, and send attendee communications
- Support any attendee management needs post launch; including, but not limited to, sending new invitations, modifying registrations, cancelling registrations, updating / adding reports, managing a rooming list, and Event Owner calls
- Test sites prior to sending tests and collaborate with stakeholders on necessary changes
- Create standard and custom customer reports
- Consult on and/or Update OnArrival features
- Provide final attendee reports post-event (i.e. attended, no show)
- Create and launch attendee post-event surveys and provide survey reporting as needed.
- Manage event integrations into other relevant systems (i.e. Crowd Compass/Meeting App, Salesforce, etc.)
- Update the event tracker for accurate reporting and billing
- Ensure compliance to relevant Accenture policies and processes (i.e. all events registered in Cvent, Market Development events are registered in MMS, standard footers for appropriate Registration Types for GDPR and CCPS Compliance, Accenture brand standards, etc.)
- Interact with Cvent’s Tech Support and Help Community to troubleshoot
- Participate in Accenture’s community of Cvent Super Users to share best practices and keep current
- Maintain proficiency on Cvent site functionality and enhancements as a registration site subject matter expert
- Assist with coaching and training web developers on the team as needed
