Job Description: As a Business Operations Analyst,
you will be a pivotal force in driving our strategic initiatives. Your role will encompass conducting intelligent market research, orchestrating comprehensive analysis, and playing a pivotal part in internal and external reporting endeavors. You'll be working in tandem with the Director of Operations and the CEO to ensure seamless operations for both our existing and potential clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into foreign direct investments, interact with C-level executives, and make a meaningful impact within a growing organization.
Responsibilities:
· Employ extensive research on economic and demographic trends to sculpt effective strategies for economic development targeting.
· Leverage research tools and data applications to construct informative factsheets and conduct intricate analyses in support of business operations.
· Engage with prospective investors and maintain continuous engagement to foster business relationships.
· Maintain and develop strategic project documents and collaborate with assigned staff to ensure timely completion and documentation of information.
· Conduct research on economic and demographic trends to support effective economic development strategies.
· Collaborate with strategic partners to finalize promotional event details.
· Support reporting mechanism across existing clients.
· Provide administrative assistance to support the daily operations of the HQ office.
· Assist with marketing and branding efforts to increase awareness of Advise Global and our clients in the local markets.
Minimum Qualifications:
ü Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ü Resourceful and relentless in research application.
ü Experience or knowledge of working collaboratively in a team environment.
ü Working towards a degree in Business, Economics, or a similar field is a plus.
ü Previous research,
business development, or prospecting experience is a plus.
ü Municipal or government economic development experience is a plus.

Pay: $350,000.00 - $600,000.00 per month
