What you’ll do:
Position title:
SAP iXp Intern - Collections Analyst
Location: Hybrid
In this role, as an Intern you’ll:
Handlea portfolio of customerswith open receivables.
Do analysis andresolutionofissues due to lack of payment
Managecustomer´s inquiries(external and internal customers)
Interactwith different departments of the organization.
Do negotiationof installment plans anddebt resolution.
Have full accountability of self-portfolio.
Generatereconciliation reports in excelfiles for customers, withactionstaken and next steps.
Promote continue improvement and support to projects.
We are looking for a student who can provide support to our Cash Collections team. The Collections Analyst Intern responsibilities include proactively contact clients to ensure timely payment.
Who you are:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Must be a student in the field of Economics, Finance, Law and/or related studies
Preferably graduating end of 2022 and/or onwards
Bilingual/Fluent in English (written and oral)
High problem-solving ability
Accounting knowledge
Customer focus and quality
High degree of communication and good management of the same (verbal and written)
Able to work under pressure
Ability to work independently
Flexible, highly motivated and accustomed to work remotely if needed
Work by objectives and results oriented
