Shape your career with us.About the job.In the role of Country Manager you will lead the country's operations in compliance with the OLX group regulations and the entity's local legal aspectsResponsibilities.
Lead, motivate and develop your team of collaborators, promote the development of new leaders,
ensure building the right capabilities.Carry out the general coordination of the entire Company.Shape and promote the county´s long term strategy, business plan and P&L.Propose; improvements in work policies and processes to lead the Company to greater professionalization.Strengthen the Commercial in order to build a new way of buying and selling cars onlineParticipate in the strategic decision making of the Company.Identify and develop new business opportunitiesin Importante empresa and potential clients at the regional levelWatch over the interests of the company to ensure compliance with current law in all areas of the Company.Present management reports and progress of the projects to the Board at least once a month.Maintain awareness of the market situation, competitive landscape and progress of key referents in the market.Exercise a functional leadership in supporting areas, such as Finance, HR, Legal, Product with local support teams Minimum qualifications.
Proven track record in growing businesses.Experience in positions of director, general manager, country manager in technology companies, automotive.Degree in Business, Economics, Business Administration,
Industrial Engineering.Advanced English, innovative mindset, business skills.Very analytical and structured thinking.
