Where: Top-Ten Trip Advisor furnished apartment rentals residence for international travellers and locals, located in Palermo Hollywood is looking for a Temporary Management Assistant.
When: January 17th – September 1st. Flexible hospitality hours. Tuesday to Saturday, from 10 am- 5 pm. (to be discused)
General duties:

* Help in all duties of the management
* Responsible for inventory: linen/office suplies/housekeeping supplies
* Responsible for replacement o inventory from suppliers
* Supervise mainteinance services; supervise repairs
* Daily apartment quality control inspections and for check-in/check-out
* Presence in the building during business hours
* Welcome gusts for check-in/check-out
* Assist in aparments reservations and guest relations
* Assitance in social events
* Web maintenance: check social media is up to date and accurate
* Resolve any guest issues and report back to management
* Administrative tasks (paying bills and follow up of payments)
* Act as the contact person for rental agencies
* Organize and supervise housekeeping schedules
The candidate should have the following skills, experience and interests:
• Detail oriented, organized and personable
• Able to work as part of a team and also supervise the work of others
• Excellent communications skills-both orally and in writing
• Fluent in English and in Spanish.
• Committed to give the best in customer satisfaction
• A passion for working in the hospitality industry
• Enthusiastic and creative and independent thinker
• Deal with guests as a host or with any complaints
