Project and Office Manager Otro

We are seeking for a self-starter, multi-tasker, someone that can bring a
positive, fun energy to the company. Responsible for providing support to our
headquarters in Boston.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating the pipeline of all
deliverables for every part of the production process, including analysis from
researchers, editing, designing and final publication. Additionally, the
candidate will participate in all client calls to be aware of the focus and
client requirements of each of the deliverables.
As an office manager he/she will handle front of office tasks including
answering phone and email inquiries. Office maintenance, including phones,
internet, computers, copy machine, etc. (contacting vendors if issues arise,
sorting out lease agreements, working with vendors to find best rates),
maintaining office supply orders and scheduling meetings and company events
(including company holiday parties, outings, etc). This is the less time
consuming part of the work.
Requirements:
The perfect candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel,
Adobe (some knowledge of Quickbooks and Wordpress is a plus). English
proficiency is a must. Excellent GPA qualifications is preferable.
Undergraduate degree in Accountant, Administration, Human Resources, Economics
or similar. Having a graduate degree in a MBA is a plus.
