As part of our current strategy, we are seeking to recruit a talented
In this new role, you will be working closely with the global Chief Commercial
Officer and be responsible for creating the commercialstrategy and overseeing
all aspects of its execution. You will also be developing the business
strategy for the organization, to drive revenue and increase market share
throughsales, commercial marketing, innovation, business development, customer
focus and relationships. He/she takes ownership of the customer and the
customer interface with the product or service offering, making sure that all
functions of the organization are aligned to meet its strategic commercial
Your contribution
Captures key consumer trends and insights in beauty care and aerosols and
customer priorities. Represents the customer in the organization.
Builds a Beauty and Personal Care strategy for aerosols to align the
organization on key growth segments and opportunities to drive revenue and
increase market share.
Evaluate both new and existing markets across LATAM for growth opportunities.
Develop commercial strategy to set clear customer priorities and optimize
route to market.
Develop commercial plans and business solutions that speak to the client’s
needs and objectives in marketing, innovation and the total value chain.
Collaborate with key customers on customer strategy and joint business
plan.Capture future plans in long term value partnership contracts.
Manage the successful execution of the joint business plans, meeting
objectives and defined metrics in commercial scorecards. Have regular business
performance reviews with customers.
Provide accurate forecasts and monthly business updates against targets.
Drives the EXAL Customer Value proposition in industry and with strategic
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the fields of Business Administrationor
equivalent experience 15 years of successful vertical sales and marketing
experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Fifteen (15) years of experience in sales and marketing; including five (5)
years of experience leading a commercialteam developing businessesacross Latin
America markets.
The role typically must combine technical knowledge of the relevant field with
strong sales, marketing and business development skills.
Experience of working with/in Sales, Commercial, Insights and Brand Marketing
in leading CPG company is a must.
In-depth involvement in business strategy development as well as linking
strategy to execution.
Experience in commercial planning and execution – how to invest for profitable
growth across markets, segments, channels and customers and deliver results.
Experience in customer collaboration and joint business planning – how to work
with customers to drive profitable growth and formulate business solutions
based on customer insights.
Understand how aluminum packaging drives growth for customers as a marketing
touchpoint in ‘path to purchase’ and through innovation.
History of delivering customervalue, working as a trusted advisor with
Negotiate and influence our clients’ organization on the EXAL customer value
Collaborative commercial partner with the ability to work within a matrix and
remote environment while building strong peer and interpersonal relationships.
Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills in English and
