Role Summary/Purpose: The Order Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for
providing effective administration on shipments, processes and documentation
for outbound orders with global manufacturing. Ensuring that internal
customer’s needs are met and that company policy and international trade
compliance regulations are adhered to.
Essential Responsibilities:
– Coordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirements with
factories, freight forwarders and internal customers
– Primary contact for global affiliates in reference to the production and
logistics process
– Releasing International orders from region to manufacturing
– Follow up orders status with manufacturing, giving support to production
and OM teams
– Control all required export documentation
– Follow-up on Risks and Opportunities and be able to quickly address issues
related to availability/shipments to specific owners in the Regions & Global
Supply Chain teams
– Responsible for timely, accurate and complete record keeping
– Ensuring all processes and documentation are in accordance with GEHC &
Export compliance requirement
– Lead service/cost optimization projects
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Ability to work effectively in a cross-
functional, global team environment
2. Excellent verbal and written communication
3. Excellent level of English
4. Proficient in use of Microsoft office with speed and accuracy
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Desired Characteristics: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Materials or
Supply Chain Management
2. Minimum of 3 years of operational logistics, import/export and/or customs
3. Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with
communicating with others from different counties and cultures.
