DSS SSr Analist
Coordinate workforce (field support engineers) for tasks such as
- Tickets Handling
- Break and fix
- End User Support (Work space)
Manage and coordinate with FTE's and partners to ensure delivery and SLAs
Collects and collates data, generate information, statistics and reports, forwards to
Generate and send Reports (to upper project management and to Engineers task force)
Provides training and guidance to more Junior employees
Interact with another resolution groups
Strong communication skills
Analytic/troubleshooting skills
Strong customer support skills
Experience with desk side support
Knowledge about Service Desk tasks and tools (Remedy/Service Now/Jira Service Desk)
Advanced English language Skills
Knowledge about ITIL desired
Networking knowledge
Windows family (OS/Office/365/Exchange/One Drive)
Desired Experience with the following Tools
Desktop PC Break & Fix
Notebooks/Laptops/Ipad/Mobile devices/Smart phones)
Place of work: Palermo
Schedule: Mon to Fri from 08 to 17hs
