Role Summary/Purpose: In this role, KAM, has accountability for creation of an
environment/awareness to increase sales, profits and market share in DI within
the assigned private Key Accounts in Argentina.
Essential Responsibilities:
– Build, develop and maintain a mutually beneficial business relationship
with assigned customers.
– Position GE Healthcare as the premier supplier of medical device, and
diagnostics products for health public sector
– Directly manage and attain sales objectives for the key accounts and
geography assigned including indirect business
– Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to
ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to
documented customer inputs.
– Recognize and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders within customers
assigned and excellent working relationship to achieve established business
goals in the private sector.
– Anticipate and diagnose trends and challenges facing health Private sector
and create and implement strategy and operational plans to win
– Develop & implement accounts strategy with cross functional teams to
maximize GE wins in each accounts assigned
– Acquire high knowledge of Imaging products and clinical outcome in order to
develop sales strategy and action plan
– Promote service offerings, identify and escalate commercial service needs
– Ensure knowledge of and compliance of integrity and company policies
– Bachelor’s Degree
– 7 – 10 years experience in medical sales
– Proven key account management and project planning skills
– Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive
collaborative culture at all levels
– Prior experience working for a large company in a matrix environment
