Senior Sales Executive Asset Management Otro

We are seeking a Senior Executive to join Santander Río Asset Management. Candidates must have successful financial sales experience and strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex products and views in a concise manner.
Role requires the ability to position SAM investment philosophy, process, product differentiation and competitive analyses in group presentations, and one-on-one presentations.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
The executive, maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Also identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Knowledge about Mutual Funds Business
• Strong presentation skills, both written and oral
• Strong organizational skills
• Proven analytical and critical thinking skills

• Ability to manage administrative aspects of job effectively (call reports, meeting reports, etc.)

• Ability to deliver solutions-oriented analytics to sophisticated client base

• Be flexible for overtime as needed
• Have completed a career in economics science or related
• At least 3 years of experience in similar functions (financial services sales)
• Fluent in the English language, written, spoken, and read
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
