The total rewards intern will support other team members within LAC in the
design and delivery of solutions that fall within C&B; topics. These
fronts include compensation, benefits and well-being at work
-Management and control of required documents for hiring purpose (Benefits documentation)
-Participation in Compensation surveys
-Develop personnel movement reports and assist with salary files and compensation data for monthly audits
-Assist for internal communications related to C&B;
-Assist employees providing clarification for compensation, benefits and well-being matters
-Review TR tickets on EIC, and provide answer as appropriate
-Perform compensation analysis and position Benchmarks
-Support benefit administration for Argentina, Chile, Peru and Venezuela
-Assist with Bonus plan assignment audits and bonus calculation
-Assist on special projects
-Studying Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
-Fluency in English
-Spanish desirable
-Advanced knowledge in MS-Office package (mainly excel)
-Ability to deal with numbers and mathematical calculations
-Good analytical skills
-Oriented to results
-Sense of urgency
