- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Actively seek out customers
- Remain knowledgeable on services offered and discuss available options
- Cross sell services
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Respond to customers’ requests and concerns in a resourceful manner
- “Get the sale” using various sales methods (cold calling, presentations etc)
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Possess very high level of English verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate awareness of cross-cultural issues and well-developed customer-service skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales experience
- Complete multiple tasks on schedule
- Be detail-oriented, well-organized, creative, and resourceful, with an ability to prioritize, proactively offer solutions, with excellent communication skills and sales record
- Have an ability to function as a committed team player
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and driven
- High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
- Maintain and expand client database
- Salary + commissions
