The Customer Support is responsible for working with customers to diagnose, troubleshoot, debug and resolve product issues of moderate scope. This individual takes ownership of and exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions to resolve customer issues.
Candidates Must:
• Be fluent in written and spoken English
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills and dedication to customer service
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize Customer Support tools/resources
• Skilled in managing operational out of line situations at the highest level.
• Analytical & problem solving techniques skills required.
• A high level of verbal and written communication skills and proactive approach to escalation management.
