– Objective of this role is to support the Country & Divisional Manager and
his/her Sales team in achieving the goals and objectives of the Country and/or
Division they represent. Works in close relationship with the different Sales
Operations Managers, in which the role will be supporting the countries and
International Marketing by providing, automating and interpreting business
critical scorecards, metrics, trackers and other reports. Participates in the
central development and implementation of sales plan. Functions as a liaison
between BUMs/sales managers and sales agents/reps to aid the achievement of
customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning.
– Business Management – Internal: Responsible for developing first-class
relationships with Sales organization; To develop, communicate and ensure the
maintenance of the policies and procedures as required by the company and the
local rules; Building a partnership approach with country sales
managers/director (CSM) or BUMs to service customers by ensuring regular
customer services/field sales communications, in developing and recommending
solutions to customer requests for special products or non-standard
deliveries, in developing and maintaining established customer accounts, in
making regular contact (including visits) with purchasing departments; in
identifying sales enhancement opportunities and in implementing any service
improvement programs; Provide local market intelligence to BUM’s for account
targeting; Assist BUMs/CSM in planning, coordinating and implementing sales
and marketing programs.
– Business Management – External: Adjusts team strategies and initiatives to
suit evolving customer requirements and opportunities for improvement by
applying strong business and market knowledge; Effectively presents and
communicates core strategies; Conducts customer reviews and leads problem
resolution for customers; Exhibits strong inter-personal skills in front of
the customer.
– Quality: Ensure effective compliance with the SOP’s related to Product
Complaints and Field Corrective Actions; Ensure that product complaints are
reported within the allowed timeframes; Ensure the timely closure of product
recalls; Make sure that all the employees in organization are aware of their
commitment to patient safety and product quality, are current with their
training requirements and that they understand and comply with all other
regulations governing their work.
