The role of the UX Mobile Omnichannel CONSULTANT is to deliver a better User
Experience to SAP Customers and/or final consumers through the implementation
of SAP Mobile and Omnichannel solutions. This solutions are actually focused
but not restricted in the future to Financial Services Industry. Through the
implementation of back-end and front-end SAP Mobile and Omnichannel solutions
the UX Mobile Omnichannel CONSULTANT will have to focus on simplifying
technical architecture, processes as well as UIs in order to allow Customers
have a better UX and better perform in the Digital Economy. Also the role will
lead the implementation of UX Mobile Strategy of getting embedded into
Financial Services Industry.
The role of the UX Mobile Omnichannel CONSULTANT is also to support business
development of SAP Mobile and Omnichannel Consulting Services.
The scope of the role will be mainly local but also be regional (LAC) and
As an DM< consultant, your job will involve working in a global team
focusing on international projects in all regions to realize planned changes
in productive SAP applications and system landscapes using DM<
conversion and migration tools.
Main tasks would be:
-Assess and understands customer business and processes
-Understando how SAP mobile banking/Omnichannel/Mobile/UX solutions can improve Customer User Experience
-Develop business User Experience opportunities Work on proposal development and effort estimations
-Implement SMP. Implement mobile banking/Omnichannel/Mobile/UX solutions
-Interact with Product Development teams in order to understand latest releases or enhancements. Provide feedback about current releases
-Proactively analyze unknown or not well defined specifications
-Provide consulting services: demonstrate the ability to set up and deliver “mobile banking/Omnichannel/Mobile/UX projects” (plan, run and manage the whole project, workshops, meetings, etc) in collaboration with other consulting and development colleagues
-Conduct analyses to scope and plan the required solution approach to support Customers
Maintain and contribute to service developmentEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES/h5-
-Proficiency knowledge and implementation experience in Mobile and/or Omnichannel solutions
-Understanding of FSI business and processes
-Technical skills:
-SMP (SAP Mobile Platform 3.0)
-Spring Dependency Injection
-Spring Aspect-Oriented Programming*
-Experience with Oracle or DB2*
-HANA development
*The ones marked are a must
-Interpersonal skills and competencies:
-Good written and spoken English skills
-Good written and spoken Portuguese skills is a plus
-University degree (Master or equivalent is a plus)
-Very good communications/ presentation skills
-Availability to travel
-Experience working in international customer projects
-High customer focus
-Team player, proactive networking attributes, results and execution focus
-High drive & self-starter/-motivated
-Business acumen
-Minimum of 10 years experience in developing with JAVA
-Proven corporate experience and good references
-Experience in SAP projects and with ABAP development
