The objective of this Product Support organization is to strengthen SAP’s
trusted partnership with targeted customers and thus increase customer
satisfaction and retention.
-Ensure that the customer’s SAP solution runs with optimal level of performance, stability and data consistency
-Minimize the risk of core business interruption
-Leverage the components and best practices of the RunSAP methodology and all standards, tools, and processes included in end-to-end solution operations
-Escalation Management functions, collaborating with the Mission Critical Support Back office, the customer, and any partner involved.
After having quickly learned the usage of SAP-internal tools and
infrastructure, the intern is expected to prepare the data required to engage
with SAP Enterprise Support customers:
-Verify contractual status of customers (delivery model) and internal customer segmentation
-Document customer partner roles in SAP’s internal systems and contact details
-Double-check assignment ownership with other SAP-internal teams (Account/Field teams, support account contacts, etc.)
-Prepare workload batches for interaction with the Customer Interaction Center organization and trigger approved customer engagements via our internal infrastructure
-Verify in SAP’s internal systems SAP’s engagement history with customers
-Help to qualify delivery for customers with ‘partner’ status
-Master data maintenance, quality assurance, and documentation
-Resolve issues accessing knowledge bases and addressing to responsible areas
-Create commitment to and enthusiasm for the accomplishment of challenging objectives across diverse topics and global teams
-University students currently studying Business Administration or a related field of study
-Professional English Proficiency
-Excellent customer focus and communication skills (oral/written)
-Knowledge of MS-Office expected
-Proactive attitude
-Flexible approach to working with clients
Available for 12 to 18 moths of Internship
Willing to work at SAP office in Panamerican Building, Munro, Vincente Lopez
