We are hiring a: Sales Contact Center Supervisor.
The position’s main tasks are:
 -Act as a Team Lead for the Team.
 -Setting up target for the team and drive the team toward achieving targets. 
 -Acts as a Guru for all L1.
 -Coach people on professional career path.
 -Act as point of escalation for all related problems with Customers and stakeholders.
 -Responsible for conducting monthly business review with Cognizant internally and with the client’s stakeholders.
 -Coordinate shifts and band.
 -Track daily activities.
 -Ability to manage attrition and absenteeism.
*     2+ years of experience in a similar role (EXCLUYENTE).
Experience in Sales for Mexico market (EXCLUYENTE).
Bilingual English skills
Location: Retiro area, CABA.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 12 to 21.
