Our IT Department is currently recruiting Part Time Service Desk Specialists
to provide IT first line support.
Job Qualifications:
Experience in systems support and operations, including LAN administration, PC
and User support. (Preferable)
Excellent customer service skills; problem solving and communications skills.
IT Understanding – Service awareness of all the organization’s key IT services
for which support is being provided.
Specific experience is required in one or more of the following areas:
Hardware (Intel-based equipment),
Software (PC based operating systems and applications); Networks (Novell and
Windows), and others.
Familiar with standard IP-based networking topologies, networking hardware and
exposure to network standards, and network protocols.
It is important to be able to work within a Part Time job (4 hours per
day/Mornings) and excellent English skills, both written and oral.
