Role Summary/Purpose:
Essential Responsibilities: The Product Sales Manager – Aero Services will
translate strategy into actionable sales tactics to grow the business.
Responsible for orders, commitments, convertible orders and backlog creation
for the aero services product portfolio in the Latin America region. Provide
technical sales and commercial value propositions to the targeted customers in
collaboration with the account management team and product line leader to
deliver business results. Lead campaigns and support deal strategy,
negotiations & closure with customers across the region. Align with Product
Line on market and customer needs.
– Identify opportunities to drive volume growth in aero services. Support
opportunity identification hands on where never needed and backlog creation.
– Together with Product Line Aero Services develop Fleet campaigns for Asset
Management, Repairs, CM&U;, Retrofits, Repowers, Life Extension Services
in order to be implemented to all targeted customer’s base in the region
– Work and collaborate with Account Manager and targeted customers to
determine appropriate products and services solutions.
– Drive the application of Digital Solutions on Aeroderivative Gas Turbines.
– Lead in the definition and implementation of marketing and commercial
strategies to increase orders volume and profitability for Aero Services.
– Provide feedback when cross-selling for other GE products are identified
– Cultivate long-term relationships with customers.
– Understand customers´ Business Model, organization, decision making process
and drivers in order to provide outcome selling solutions.
– Simplify the way we deliver to the market place
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Product Management, Engineering, Field
Services or Technical and Commercial Sales
– Deep technical Aero Services product line knowledge
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in the energy (power generation) market
– Knowledge of the market economics and competitive environment, project
development and financing.
– Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
– Able to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external
– Fluent English and Spanish.
– Presentation and Negotiation Skills.
– Ability to travel regularly.
