Solutix is ​​looking for “Operational Support” for important technology company in Microcentro CABA.
The position is in direct reporting relationship with the company.
The search aims at an analyst / software engineer who will join the global support team and provide 2nd level support Production Systems.
It will also be responsible for the Customer acceptance test will ensure the highest level of support in the resolution of incidents, provide information on compliance with service-level agreement (SLA), etc.
Knowledge Management or Linux platforms (Windows will be considered a plus)
o Experience in test automation (Selenium) and / or development of Web services (REST and / or SOAP)
o Excellent understanding of web technologies
o Familiarity with Jira / Zephyr
o Very good communication skills and interpersonal
o Availability to travel abroad
Spoken or intermediate / advanced English.
